Included in the 8 weeks will be tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances and
ability levels running and cross-training, as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Email support,
accountability and progress check ins from the Run Club Coach will be part of the magic of this hybrid training
program. You'll also get a t-shirt and entry into our M.O.M. 5k/10k Race in May! If you're looking to just start running or have ran marathons before, this program is for you. Training will be individualized and unique to you. Support and accountability weekly and access to coaching at live, in-person workouts twice a week.
